Digital Products (Coloring Books & Printable Downloads)

All digital products sold by The Christian Creation are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Apparel (Print-on-Demand Products)

All apparel sold by The Christian Creation is made to order through our fulfillment partner.

Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

• Buyer's remorse

• Preference changes after purchase

• Accidental orders

• Color or design preferences that differ from customer expectations

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your apparel arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Because apparel orders enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the files have been delivered.

Returning Goods

In cases where a return has been authorized by us, customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided by our support team.

Do not return any products without first contacting us and receiving authorization.

Gifts

If an eligible refund is approved for a gift purchase, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
