Digital Products (Coloring Books)
Delivery
All coloring books sold on The Christian Creation are digital products.
After your purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to download your files. A download link will also be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Apparel Shipping

Our apparel products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Returns & Refunds for Apparel
Because each apparel item is made specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Buyer's remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
