High above the earth, in the bright and beautiful place where God lives, there are angels who serve Him with love and strength.

One of these angels is named Michael.

St. Michael is a strong and brave protector. God chose him to stand against anything that is not good, and to defend what is true and right.

When there was a great battle in heaven, Michael did not turn away. He trusted God completely and stood firm, leading the other angels with courage.

Because of his faith and strength, he is known as a defender—someone who protects and keeps others safe.

Even though he is powerful, St. Michael does not rely on himself. He relies on God. His strength comes from his trust in Him.

And even now, St. Michael continues to watch over us.

He reminds us that we are never alone, and that God always sends help when we need it.

Whenever we feel afraid or unsure, we can remember St. Michael’s courage—and trust that God is always with us.
